Porsche Parade Pictures

Man what a busy summer so far. Not much time for the computer. I did manage to get away this week-end to Keystone, Co. for the Concours at the Porsche Parade. Dad rode with me and his 79 sat in my garage. The trip went west up Highway 24 through Woodland Park, across South Park, through Fairplay and Alma. Over Hoosier Pass into Breckenridge and on into Keystone. The return trip took us over Loveland Pass (Elev. 11,990') through Denver and back to the Springs. Lots of Pics (not really that good, but fun). Enjoy, A few at first, more later if ya want them.

The trip was 269 miles and I burned 9.9 gallons of gas..just over 27 mpg. Not bad for a 21 y/o Targa with over 121,000 on the clock.

Might take a bit for me to remember how to do this. First Picture is coming Through Alma, Co. heading up Hoosier Pass. Man, what a beautiful day

Wow, you had some great cars there; were they all from that area? I remember Keystone from a old Corvette Club function in '77. Beautiful place.

They were from all over the country at least. Some trailered, many driven. So many cars and people it was hard to visit with anyone. I was so busy taking pictures and looking around for the next shot.....

Oh, I missed the heading, "Porsche Parade", da. It's the annual PCA convention, right?

Was good to see that Frank had his aircraft engine on display.

Thanks for looking. Some more doubles may show up. I'm starting to drink red beer now.
