No option to opt out, either. I have bought things there before for cash and on a credit card, but I must have used a check at some point and given them the number. Oh yeah, I ordered online once. That has to be it.

Anyway, business must be very bad. I have 10% off coupons and now a call. They stopped sending the catalog by mail, too.

I wonder how deep in the soup they really are.

Well as crappily as their stores are staffed they must be loosing money hand over fist. Most of the employees at the one I go to look like criminals.

I don't get over there too often, but they must have a pretty good turn over. I never see the same face twice. Understaffed is what I'd say more than anything else.
