I used to have an '03 Rubicon, fantastic Jeep. Never let me down, never got stuck. Cleaned up beautifully! :D

I've had 4 TJ's and 1 YJ so far and would buy another SWB Jeep in a heartbeat. As for the new JK Wranglers, I've only test driven a new Unlimited (non-Rubi) but found it comfortable albeit underpowered. I'm interested in seeing how they hold up in the long-term.

Before buying the current Rubicon, we looked at the new JK style, and my wife doesn't like them.

The older straight six engines are the most durable powerplants on this planet. It will be interesting to see how the Chrysler V-6 holds up in the new JK Jeeps. I'm glad we still have the trusty 4.0.

Unfortunately everything else hooked-up to it isn't. In my 20 years of driving my Jeep was the only vehicle to leave me completely dead on the road. At 75 mph she went dead and left me on the side of I75 in Gainesville GA. Turns out it was the PCM that went kaput. I was only a couple of miles from a dealer "luckily", but it still cost me $600 to get back on the road and 2 days later. PCM going out at 55k miles? Lame.
