Espresso. A single shot every afternoon at 2:00. Can't imagine 3:00 without it.

repeated @ 2pm Can't live without out it.... Tried several times and it was ugly.. fwiw I went on a caffeine green tea binge for awhile and it surprisingly worked pretty well |
