'56 Speedster & '70 917 T-shirts
As some here know, I make clothing for boys and always run a racing theme each season, having the great fortune to work with a few talented Pelicans helping with design. I'm always getting requests for adult versions of our Ts and therefore am starting to offer Porsche-inspired artwork for us all in men's sizes.
Working with artist Nicolas Hunziker, we've taken one of his paintings, a tribute to the Redman/Siffert 917 raced at Spa in 1970, and translated it to a medium gray lightweight, 100% cotton T. Here is the original painting. ![]() and here is the shirt, shown in men's size large. Note that this is a test shirt and production shirts will pop with the Gulf colors. ![]() You can see more of Nicolas' work here: http://nicolashunziker.com/ I'm also offering a '56 Speedster in 3 colors. 2 of the shirts, Mustard and Spruce are pigment dyed for that washed and worn in look. I added a basic T in desert sage as the navy ink really pops on these lighter colors. All three are men's size XL. ![]() ![]() ![]() Sizes available include Men's S, M, L, XL, and XXL. The 917 shirt is $25 + shipping (can ship overseas). The Speedster shirt is $20 + shipping. shipping is $4 East of the Mississippi; $6 West. If buying more than one, please just use your best judgment in determining postage. If you would like to order, simply paypal me at shaun@littletravelerusa.com please note which shirts you want, size and ship to address. if you would like to send a check or pay by credit card, please email be with a phone number and I'll give you a call. Thank you! PS: if you have any ideas on what you would like to see, please let me know.

Hey Shuan,
The shirts look great. Any chance you are going to be bringing some down to Hershey this year?

Thanks Rich, definitely bringing these, and maybe a new design (RSR) to Hershey as well as a ton of parts. Have $ for the flywheel for you BTW.
Levi, yup, can do a hoody for you, zip or pullover. just ad $15. I can put it on the back if zip, F or B if pullover.

I'm sure I can find a blank for you Kerry, but I can't guarantee the print quality on these poly shirts. Using the same screens as the cotton T's, there's a chance the ink won't adhere very well to the super-smooth finish on these types of shirts.
I'd be more tempted to dye-sub on a light grey for you.

I want 2x 917s .. I have no best judgement when it comes to shipping.. east coast... So do two fit under $4 or is it $8 or something in between? ;-) I think you underestimate how popular those are going to be ;-) |

Shaun,
Paypal sent for a 917. I like them both. Very well done. I wish I could afford a painting by Hunziker. Maybe a print....sometime.....or more probably some posters.

Thanks for the paypal Mark!
I'll talk with Nicolas about doing some prints of posters. I can do wide format screen printing, up to 48x54. Maybe he can design something for the wider market.

prolly $6 Greg. some have done $5, others have done $9 (thank you!) but it's really all good. After buying polybags and envelopes, I don't want to lose $ on postage, but think I'll be fine across the board. The Speedster shirts are heavy, the 917 shirts are light so am sure it will balance out.
those fenders have a new home BTW...in FL, LOL! they certainly have a lot of miles on them.
