I call BS. Every implant that I've seen before implantation, was not under pressure. During inflight condition, the silicone will not boil. And who is using silicone these days, anyway?

And anyway, silicone won't cause you to "collapse", if it breaks open. Maybe the breast, but not you.

Silicone implants from two companies were approved by the FDA about 1-2 years ago. Before that, silicone implants were available outside the US, or in the US through clinical trials.
