I'm Pretty Sure My Cabby Was Sweating Urine...
 

Landed in Atlanta today, took a cab to the hotel - 30 minutes in a cab that stunk like fresh piss. The guy had the windows down and he was still sweating and I swear it was urine!

Is there such a medical condition?

I would bet your cabbie was a tweaker.

I caught his name (sorta) - it was Joeseph then a bunch of vowels ending in tutu I kid you not.

Maybe drugs, maybe kidney failure, perhaps something he had for lunch. Diabetics in ketoacidosis smell like they have been huffing paint or something.

Ketoacidosis causes one's breath to smell like acetone. Same thing happens with early starvation. Fresh piss doesn't smell so bad. Or was it Fresh Prince? Either way, stale piss smells worse.

Maybe the driver before him devastated the seat and he was hating it more than you.

Nope - there are foreign countries where they breed them this way.

Then, when they reach maturity they ship them over here to empty our trash, clean out our toilets, drive our cabs and manhandle our McDonalds/KFC/Burger King/Starbucks etc.

The system sure as hell stinks.
