Any prop 13 experts in the house? (CA)
There's a estat that I would like to purchase. My wife is disabled and we can "prop 13" anywhere in the state. HOWEVER the estate is worth more than what we own.
The kicker is that it has a 2nd building on it and I own a business that rents a building of the same size!.... Is there any hope?
