Mac and Video Question

I have a home video in IMovie. How do I email it so it can be viewed on a PC? Thanks for any help.

Export it as a Quicktime movie--that's how I send videos to my clients that have PCs

PC users must download QT to view it, or use a viewer compatible with QT movies.
