I used to live in NoVA. There was a car that I used to see driving around town that had I95-2FL (I-95 to Florida). Since I'm a Florida native, I thought it was cool. I was 16 and in HS and planning to go to college in Florida after I graduated in 1988, so I got "2FLN88". Not original, but I liked it. I've seen some interesting ones and some that fit "advertise the witlessness of the owner".

Once of my first cars was a real piece of junk. The plaste read PCOFSHT

Here in WA, a guy got "GOTMILF" yanked from him a few years ago after complaints.

One of my brothers had a vile green colored VW rabbit in the very early 1980s

His plate: PUKEGRN

my other bro had a another VW Rabbit at the same time

His plate: U1D10T

I would crack up every time I saw the two cars parked together...

no pics.. was like 25 years ago

Just wondering what's the best, coolest, most unique personalized license plate you're ever seen and on what car if not a Porsche?

95% of the personal tags i see make me want to repeatedly stab the driver of said vehicle in the face with a blunt pencil.

I'm Finnish, the wife is Indian. One day, just after our kid was born, our friend jokingly called her the....INDOFIN. And thus my vanity plate.

Didn't someone here suggest something like III1I11I, so it would be likely the cop would make a mistake as he wrote out a ticket?

I saw a clever one on the way to work this morning.

On a Subaru: PLEADES

It makes sense when you realize that "Subaru" is the Japanese word for the constellation Pleiades, also known as the "Seven Sisters". Take a look at the logo on any Subaru...silver stars on a blue background.

Used to see a disgusting-green Mitsu Eclipse every day at school back in the 90's. Plate read "BABYPUKE".
