Hey there,

I'm heading to Miller motorsports park this wednesday night and staying 3 nights.

I'll be done with my stuff at the track around 5:30 and have a car. The last thing I want to do is eat at an Applebees--any suggestions on interesting places to eat/visit within 30 minutes drive or so?

there's a decent Mex place in T...also a decent bar/restaurant down the street from the applebys...toward SLC. 30 min will put you near SLC airport. Burger and malt shop off the main drag...kinda heavy on the oil, salt. Shakes were good.
