Replaced my STORM for a TOUR
 
Verizon took it back with no issues - got the new TOUR. So far it is much better on all accounts.

I asked how many folks have returned their STORMs - lots and lots he told me. I wouldn't want to be the NPI engineer for Qualcom Blackberry!
