I wrote my trial by declaration for a speeding ticket I received about 3 months ago. It's about a page, with 4 points to correspond with the picture I am submitting as evidence. I think all the pertinent points are stated. Think I need to add more?

Ehm, I wasn't speeding. :) CHP claimed 68 in a 55. I was actually in a 65 zone at the time.

Okay, ready for round one! 2 copies printed and one photo. Off to the court lines in the morning to submit the declaration. I already paid the fine - which you have to do. If in my favor, I get the money back.
