Morning Doc,
You snuck in while I was driving to work. You sly dog you |
it's not right, fell for the oldest trick in the hitchhiking book.
So i'm leaving work, just before getting on the highway i see this nice red-head with a sign "Lille".. Which is my direction.. i pull over, and 2 dorks turn up alongside the red-head. Being a nice guy, i take em where they need to be, i've hitch hiked plenty of times in my days, so it seems only fair that i do my part in return... I drop em off, drive home, pheasant jumps out of the side of the road, blatantly commits suicide on my car, knocks out my fog light... Where's my part from the Karma deal !?!? I got short-changed ! |
No You got dinner. :)
|
i didn't slow down and only found a few bloody feathers ...
|
well so much for my idea, looks like you are gonna have to cook dinner after all. :)
|
it's not the season yet, they are to young, not much meat on em yet..
They need at least another month and a half, two months in the fields before they are good eat'n |
got the fog light back in, the fixture on the housing is broken off, and it had been banged inwards.
removed the grill, then popped it back in front of the metal brackets in sort of the right place..., slapped the grill back on, and it's ok-ish.. i'm sure it might rattle a bit, but i doubt i'll hear it. Even more, you can't really see it's loose if the car is parked, so hopefully it i'll stay that way till end-lease... :D Just laughed my ass off.. neighbour has a Beagle, it's been howling at my cat's since i moved in here. First i figured the Beagle was just being a pain in the but because he hates cats.. So tonight i walk back, Beagle comes say hello, he's quiet.. Boris walks in, and sits in front of the fence. Beagle doesn't move much... doesn't howl, i figure, they're getting used to one another. Beagle sits next to the wire, Boris goes closer, Beagle sniffs a bit. Boris get's even closer.. Whatdoyouknow.. without provocation, he mawls the Beagle and hisses a few times. Boris did not back down, Beagle didn't know what hit him, and got tagged real good. Named Boris after the character from Snatch, and his attitude and character really matches the movie character.. blunt, sneaky, kills things, not afraid to sever and carry around body parts, hard as nails. Boris the Blade, aka Boris the Bullet dodger , aka Boris the sneaky effing Russian. |

Okay, what we call a skylight then.
We have five skylights in the attic, had to put blackout blinds on them as the room would heat up too much, but on cool days I like the natural light. |
Morning Ladies!!
