Dude.

Rick V 12-09-2011 12:31 AM

Dewd.

Okay Sid you can have the first one but that second one is MINE!!!!!

porsche4life 12-09-2011 12:35 AM

I think that is a compromise I can handle.

svandamme 12-09-2011 12:38 AM

i'm sure you can, from inside the closet.

Rick V 12-09-2011 12:38 AM

damn good thing cause If I had the chance to get that second one you couldn't handle getting in my way and I doubt you could handle her. (She looks like she would hurt me)

slodave 12-09-2011 12:39 AM

Rick, I'm not a happy camper with my car right now. I did not have a flashlight and it was too dark to see in the tranny area, but when I jacked the car back up and got under it, I could spin the left wheel freely and it looked and sounded like I may not have got the shaft (splines) into the hole.

Rick V 12-09-2011 12:40 AM

The axle isn't seated into the trans, Call me later when you get up and I'll tell you how to fix it. You are not going to be happy. Or I can go get my phone and we can talk now, your choice

slodave 12-09-2011 12:41 AM

Don't tell me about tearing rubber parts. I can handle taking it apart again. That's easy.

Rick V 12-09-2011 12:42 AM

Let me get my phone, heads up

slodave 12-09-2011 01:01 AM

Game plan set for Project Axle, Take Tooooo.

Rick V 12-09-2011 01:10 AM

Well you do know trouble comes in threes. ( I will be hiding now)

slodave 12-09-2011 01:11 AM

I make my mistakes once. :) I learn, adapt and get it done!

Rick V 12-09-2011 01:20 AM

Well if you want to pay the airfare I'll come out and get the car back together for ya. :)

slodave 12-09-2011 01:23 AM

Thanks, but I like the experience. Mistakes and all. :)

Rick V 12-09-2011 01:27 AM

I know just yanking your chain.

slodave 12-09-2011 01:34 AM

Yeah, I know. :)

slodave 12-09-2011 01:39 AM

I don't think I'd like working on cars for a living, but I do find it fun to do as a hobby. Even though I use the iPhone(computer) to get help, getting away from computers and getting dirty is fun. I was a bit frustrated when the car didn't move and that I would need to take things apart again, but I took it in stride. :D I find it very satisfying when the job is complete and the car runs again.
