Yes, my 89 had a five speed, much better.
You can do it the cheap chop chop way with a short G50.
Or the right way and get all the factory parts, the costly way.
Me like the right way.

I finally got the filter housing fixed on my hot tub, I think I am going to get some good use out of that thing this winter
