Anybody want to fill out these interview questions? Haven't even started yet and I'm being interviewed for the corporate newsletter.....

Porsche-poor 02-15-2012 08:35 PM

Sure I have nothing but time now. How much should I lie for you?

Morning, guys!

vas930 02-15-2012 10:26 PM

Markus.

vas930 02-15-2012 10:27 PM

Whats going on, Mate?

slodave 02-15-2012 10:29 PM

Hiya, Vas. Not much. Replaced the broken turn signal in the Toyota today with a replacement. Now it doesn't go flying around, held on by the wires anymore. Headlight assembly should be here soon.

Even though I don't have collision on my car, The adjuster gave me and I guess needed the numbers of what it would cost to repair my car, or maybe they just needed pix, but did the whole thing anyway... If I were to fix my car via insurance - which I can't - they estimate $1,000 to fix my car.

I spent 55 bucks.

vas930 02-15-2012 10:32 PM

Nice work, Dave.
Good idea on a DD.

slodave 02-15-2012 10:39 PM

I should have done this a few years ago, when some chick backed into the same lights and her ins. paid me for the damages. I went with dealer parts. Damn! Lesson learned.

I'm not bothering to fix the fender and hood. I had a friend pound it out a little already. This is also why the name "Urban Camouflage". It blends in. :)

slodave 02-15-2012 10:40 PM

Morning, Markus. :)

vas930 02-15-2012 10:45 PM

Them corollas go forever.
My GFs 95 still runs perfect.

slodave 02-15-2012 10:47 PM

No kidding! Even with no oil. Whoops!

slodave 02-15-2012 10:50 PM

Next is the serpentine belt. It's waaaaay over due.

vas930 02-15-2012 10:53 PM

hehe :D

Nothing ever goes wrong with it.
I have tried to buy her a new car, but she loves it.
I get it serviced and it runs so well.
When I drive it, its quiet and well built.
Thus, we should keep it til it dies.
May be waiting a while. :)

slodave 02-15-2012 10:53 PM

BTW, Rick's fine. He just needs a little alone time. :)

That's what I said! I plan on driving it until it's time for the crusher.
