i am a bit confused.... are the RAIDs attached to computers that are used as workstations?

Ummagumma sounds like it belongs in there too. Maybe that can be the name for the nipple balm?

Flieger 06-19-2012 03:32 PM

Listened to the whole Pompeii.

Wow.

That is all.

Echoes, Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun, and Saucerful of Secrets -- amazing

Dave wins. The raids are rack mounted and just on the network. They are used as a big bucket to store terabytes of data.

Uh, oh. I fear I have stumbled into a pit of embarassment. No, I do not. Remember - I don't get out much -- like at all.

google is your friend. :D

slodave 06-19-2012 05:07 PM

I think there is a bit of controversy on what it means. Some believe it is slang for efffing, but others, including the members have said it was made up and just happened to resemble the slang term. Who knows. :D

Flieger 06-19-2012 05:07 PM

Is it something like poontang? as in wang, dang sweet poontang :p

Flieger 06-19-2012 05:10 PM

Well look at that! 3 posts with the same time stamp. Far out!

slodave 06-19-2012 05:12 PM

More proof the world is ending this year!

nynor 06-19-2012 05:23 PM

oh, man.... i so liked the idea that it was slang for sex....

Ummagumma - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"The album's title supposedly comes from Cambridge slang for sex, commonly used by Pink Floyd friend and occasional roadie, Ian "Emo" Moore, who would say "I'm going back to the house for some ummagumma".[4] However, some band members have since stated that the word was "totally made up and means nothing at all"."
