Happy Hump day folks.

Glen, really, I would prefer if you didn't post pics from my last vacation on the thread without my permission.

Giggle... I wish! Cute bathing suit.

Morning Tweeze. My little ewok is not far off walking - very cute. Last night she was holding onto her dads pants leg and walking around the house with him. She thought she was very clever. Didn't get time to take a photo but she had a big cheesy grin.
Awwwww! I wish you did snap a pic of little ewok. Watch out! When they start walking, that's when the party starts! :) she's gonna get into everything! So fun! I miss having a baby around. I am expecting a new niece in September. Very excited to be able to hold a baby again... And give it back. ;)

Jim Richards 06-27-2012 05:14 AM

Speaking of little ewoks, my little 4-legged ewok sure could have used a diaper. Cleaning up her crate/carrier, where she sleeps at night, was bloody awful first thing in the morning. Agh.

GH85Carrera 06-27-2012 05:18 AM

Tweeze, how is the new job coming along?

We delivered that giant whale job to our customer on Monday. Only 550 GB of data.

We did a happy dance because we thought it looked great, and it was delivered before the deadline. They called yesterday and said they were getting strange colors when they tried to display the entire image as a big mosaic. They have a bunch of college boys that all have spent many hours at the training facility learning how to use a complicated mapping program we use as well. It is like PhotoShop, an industry standard. Fortunately we were able to tell them how to set up their project to do it properly. They change a few settings in their project and the they love it. Maybe someday we can get some of that fancy factory training.

The ironic thing is this is a big project for us, and their company just spent 5 million fixing up a city park close to them. Dang, we are in the wrong business, 5 million for some bushes and trees and they don't blink, and we have to jump through hoops.

D, I don't know about the 944 AC but it should blow cold air! My 911 (with its upgraded AC) was blowing 40 degree vent temp on a 100 degree day after a short time after sitting in the sun for 20 minutes. Your car should do that as well.

this is the stock AC from 1988.... i am thinking that 50F air is acceptable, but i am sure it could be much better, if i let a profe$$ional look at it.

we are thinking about getting another. gigi isn't going to be around much longer and we need her to show the new pup how it works around here.

RKDinOKC 06-27-2012 07:58 AM

Hmm...waiting to get another dog AFTER this one passes for the exact same reason.

GH85Carrera 06-27-2012 08:26 AM

Our dogs are 15. The female still acts like a puppy sometimes. She still loves to play but she gets tired way faster than a puppy. It is so sad dogs live such short lives. My wife checks one breeder's web page all the time.

RKDinOKC 06-27-2012 08:33 AM

Would absolutely LOVE to have another dog as smart and eager to please as my last one.

GH85Carrera 06-27-2012 09:19 AM

Yep, nothing is quite as cool as a smart dog. I had a Doberman that was easy to train and she could read me like a book. She would go deaf dumb & blind stupid to the world if she saw a cat. Total single minded she wanted any cat she saw. Woe to any cat that ventured into her yard.

The only time in life I had a room-mate was a guy that had a really smart dog. That was a cool dog.
