Having a horrible day. Foot is really hurting, taking extra pain pills which put me on my butt. Mom chooses today to be absent and won't eat or take medications. Brother comes by, all he does is take out trash and leaves. Does not help a bit getting Mom up and around or at least take her meds.

Next I get a call from a nephew that used to be president of Kimray (company I work for). He is having problems getting to one of his web sites. Since I am in no mental condition to mess with web hosting accounts and permissions stuff I refer him to the web developer guy at Kimray that was responsible for moving the sites from my Mac severs to HOSTPC which is having problems. He can't fix it and blames the access problem on the fact that my nephew uses a Mac. I call bull**** and call the web dev guy a PC idiot in a private email to my nephew. PC idiot was meant as one of those PC support people that blame any problem involving a Mac on the Mac and don't even try to find the real problem. My nephew sent that private email the the web guy.

Now the web guy is all pissed of and doing everything he can to make this all my fault and get me in troulble for calling him and idiot to one of the company owners. My nephew's web sites were moved because he resigned from his job at Kimray. The web guy is the one that insisted the web sites be moved, and that they be moved to hostpc. And that he has 100s of sites hosted that he has no problems with.

Well, the guy was not albe to get one, not one of my nephews wordpress sites working properly, and wasn't able to set up simple ftp access to one of the sites either. AND is now saying he is a web developer and NOT a server administrator and how it's not his job to take care of my nephews sites and especially since my nephew doesn't actually work at kimray any more. This is with the HOSTpc account my nephews sites are hosted under are sub accounts of the web guys account and he is making money from the hosting.

I stayed in as well... But it was a long week at work. I've got a ton of work and school stuff to do this weekend... Going back to NOLA Monday/Tuesday, moving home on tgiving....

I never found out specifically where the event was or when it was. I should have taken up the offer yesterday I guess. My bad. Today she was basically a half-hour late for the meeting we had planned during an hour break I had so we just did all business for half hour and then I had to run off to class. I saw her later in another class but I had to talk with a lab group after that class and she left pretty quickly. I don't even know if she ended up going out or not. She doesn't really like this weather either.

The way she said it the other day sounded like a bit of an afterthought. I felt it was just her being polite. Yeah, there could be more to it but there could be less.

My dad has a lead on an '86 BMW 325es for cheap, but I want to fix my E21. :( An engine rebuild would be way more than the new car, but I want to try the cap and rotor first but I haven't had a chance to get to a parts store yet. I can't just go to NAPA or Pepboys I think, because my dad tried them before and they did not have genuine Bosch stuff.
