Company is switching from att to verizon. Get a different phone December 4th. All I am being told is that I need to make sure the OS is current and iPhone is backed up before I turn it in and NOT getting my current phone back. Don't know if I am getting upgraded or moved to a different smart phone. They should tell me so I can order a case for the new phone and have it here with the phone.
