We got lucky this time with the snow. It went south of us and hit Baja Oklahoma or as some call it Texas. Better them than us :)

great, so it can tap into the gulf and gain some power before it comes to see me wed night thursday morning.

:D:D

Supertec head-stut kit is ordered!
Replacement parts have arrived.
After the machine-shop has done its thing, assembly begins!!!

Still need to decide on cams tho....
Need to sell some other parts too, to feed my quest for HP.

porsche4life 02-23-2010 02:09 PM

What'll you take for Vicky?

Geronimo '74 02-23-2010 02:23 PM

Hahaha, kinda hard to put a number on her, since she's not mine....
I think you're' better off with a local GF, Sid, much more sexy time potential.
Long distance relationships are a bidch.

Night dude, I'm turning in.

I was offering her a chance to move to the land of opportunity... I have an extra bedroom for the wee one...

Well...anxiously awaiting the arrival of the Rover. Been keeping myself entertained by reading all the rover boards and looking up all the cool off-road accessories. I like to look of the full roof rack, but since my idea of camping is a motel with a continental breakfast, can't find a legitimate use for it.

porsche4life 02-23-2010 02:35 PM

You can use it to haul extra track tires.... need somewhere to throw your tires when you have the 928 on a trailer....

Rick V 02-23-2010 03:15 PM

The roof rack is for hauling around all the parts those things need in order to keep going.

Rick V 02-23-2010 03:54 PM

see where thinking gets ya? Thats why I gave it up years ago

RKDinOKC 02-23-2010 04:48 PM

That's it!!! I need the roof rack to carry spare parts. I knew you guys could come up with some justification. And I need the winch bumper thing so I can use it to pull it home (albeit a few feet at a time) when the spares don't fix it.

Oh and all those extra lights so I can fix it at night too.

Just gotta get the right mind set.

nynor 02-23-2010 04:48 PM

yeah, i've made some of my worst choices after much thought.

Rick V 02-23-2010 04:51 PM

Richard, ya have the right attitude. They aren't bad vehicles but they can teach ya to cuss
