Rick V. Our vacation was 2058 miles in 7 days.

Phhhffffttttt

I did close to 5,000 miles in 9 days. Of course I did not have any passengers requesting bladder stops or regular meals.

Porsche-poor 09-08-2014 12:37 PM

food can be consumed on the way to or from the bathroom. Car leaves in 5 min. MOVE!!!!

RKDinOKC 09-08-2014 01:14 PM

If you don't allow passengers to drink, they can wait for regular gas stops.
Cups of ice work nicely.

RKDinOKC 09-08-2014 01:29 PM

RKDinOKC 09-08-2014 03:49 PM

Thanks for the burpday whishes.

They don't wants you to get smart enough they might have to pay you more, or smart enough you can get a job at just any Subaru dealer.

Cousin of mine worked as a bank examiner. Finally quit because he was traveling around to different banks all the time and couldn't make or keep friends, something about some kind of security thing. Did make enough money at it that despite his early retirement, 35, he never has had to work again.

Rick V 09-08-2014 04:03 PM

Your cousin sucks

RKDinOKC 09-08-2014 04:18 PM

He was a VERY odd fellow. His dad was too. First weekend I had my 914 drove it to a family reunion. His Dad saw it and immediately told me to get rid of the kraut car then went on an on for the rest of the day about Germans and Japanese and how you shouldn't buy anything any of them make.

D that repair is bogus. It didn't include any one of the following: bailing wire, duct tape, wd-40, JB weld, or deoxit.

When Lindsey Racing put the 2.8 liter motor in my 944 Turbo, it went thru 3 starters before they found and put the starter heat shield back on.

When doing chemistry labs my partner and I tried our best to use ALL of the apparatus at our station for ANY experiment. Any time we added any chemicals we would pour it in while laughing maniacally. Two asian girls were at the station next to us. They kept shyly sneaking glances at our setup, then as we were putting everything away would point at our results and say, "How you get that?"

oh, boy....

RKDinOKC 09-08-2014 07:45 PM

Mike Lindsey's Birthday is today also.

Went to Zarate's Latin Grill for burpday dinner this evening. Had Peruvian Lomo Saltado – Steak sautéed over an open flame with tomatoes, onions, potatoes, cilantro, aji pepper and red wine; served with cilantro sauce, white rice, yucca fries and sweet plantains. Makes Fajitas taste like Taco Bell.

Yum. I am so stuffeded.

Porsche-poor 09-08-2014 08:00 PM

Sounds great. Hope you had a great day.

RKDinOKC 09-08-2014 08:11 PM

One of the office girls at work got hit by a car while crossing the street today. The car was driven by a coworker leaving work for the day. She is in the hospital, but not critical.

flipper35 09-08-2014 08:22 PM

Richard, I aint sure I would want to work at the office there. I see why you work from home.

Glen, we had a 4 year old. Spent 2 days in Dayton, 2 days in Erie (one to Niagara Falls) and the rest was travel. It was fun but z lot to squeeze in.

Dave, were those models helping polish your knob?

RKDinOKC 09-08-2014 09:05 PM

Well, it's 11;59pm, the Burpday is officially over.
Nobody sent a stripper, or offered to take me to a nudie bar, but was NOT expecting either.
Not what I would describe as the best burpday ever, but it was a good day.

The more burpdays ya have, the longer ya live.
