Nope, just lined up and went. I was car number 13 though. The police car passed us going the opposite direction, then after passing the entire group, turned his lights on, came back to pull me over. The lead car, using my Valentine One, radioed back that he was coming in plenty of time and we were all going the speed limit. The officer claimed everyone else was going 6-8 over, and I was doing 14 over. My conclusion is that my Cayenne looked that much faster than the other cars.

There was also 2 991s and a Lotus Esprit Turbo in the group.

One car had a LS1 conversion. It was one of two cars that hit deer coming to the event. The LS1 car overheated. We all determined it was because the radiator was full of deer fur, even though a new fan relay fixed it.

It was a warm day today 78 degrees on the drive home. I had to run the a/c. The warm weather is over. Freezing temps for the rest of the week. Possible frozen precipitation on the weekend.

How low do you have to fly to get 1mm resolution from an aerial photo, that sounds like something only the CIA would be able to do!

Thanks D. How is the winter crap up there? Still sucks I bet. That crap has hit here. It was 80 (officially) on my drive home and it is 43 now and going down the 32 tonight. :(

Think I'm gonna resurrect the rc airboat this weekend.....thinking that a bit of toe out on the pontoons might help stability

We've been looking after the kids pooches for the last couple of weeks, and they have gone to their own home this evening. Within minutes of their departure, our fur kid went and got his favorite toys, plonked them in the middle of the lounge room, then proceeded to lick and chew each one.

It looks like he really missed them
