i've been slacking with the booze since my stress symptoms became unhinged about 3-4 years ago...
First figured something was physically wrong with me, led to anxiety attacks, quiting smoking, drinking... all of which, in retrospect didn't help one bit...

And now getting a hold of things, realizing it's all stress... So consciencely decided to drink more... and ease up on myself...
