Whatever, the number one rule is have fun and enjoy it! TGIF folks. Another spectacular weather day here. It was 50 coming in this morning and the high is supposed to be 75. Clear blue skies and light breeze. I can handle that. Of course I will be sitting at my windowless office in front of a computer. I guess we could open the garage door and let the sun shine in. |
Mertnin.
Glen, put a wifi security cam on the roof so you can look around outside in a virtual window on your desktops. Thought boat was an acronym for Bust Out Another Thousand. Guy where I work was an avid lake sailer. Did all the local regattas. Got hisself one them sea going boat things right before he retired. Went he retired he and his wife spent two years sailing it all over the world. Well, he did spend about 6 months preparing, making sure he could sail in open waters and getting everything all ship shape for the voyage. He was one of those guys that carried around a picture of the boat he wanted. |
If you go to our company Facebook page we have a first try of a 360 view from the office. The stitching has some issues but it does work. It shows my El Camino parked right out front in the shade.
https://www.facebook.com/Ace-Aerial-LLC-149137228443768/?fref=ts If you use your phone to visit that page you can just turn and move the phone to change the view on that 360 image. Scroll down the page and you can get real bored seeing the various things we do. I think it is cool, but it is a ho hum for most folks. |
Must have finally gotten enough coffee down this morning...I just realized...
IT's FRIDAY! Somehow thought it was Wednesday all day yesterday. |
Top-o-the morning/arvo/whatever time it is.
With the Cobra's side pipes, anytime there are walls, overpass, barriers it sounds good. |

In my hometown the international bridge to Canada goes over the main road. They made a concrete tunnel at this section so anytime we had the 911 there my daughter would have me rev it up to hear the engine noise. Unfortunately, the Honda doesn't make the same cool noises. Yes, I tried it in the minivan last time we were there. I know, I'm a dork.
The tunnel wasn't there when I had my Camaro with 3 inch pipes and flowmasters. That rattled windows just driving down the street. It's supposed to rain almost all weekend. The darn grass is going to be a foot high when I finally get to mowing. I guess it's good as I can have a couple extra days to recuperate from La Surgery. |

Not that I expect it from ANY SUV, both Cayennes exhaust sound good if run thru someplace I can hear it. Am NOT going to get cat bypass or custom exhaust (louder) either. After all, it is just and SUV.
Went to lunch with a guy that is a new to him 928 owner. Spent about 3 hours yaking about cars. He is one of the officers that is an instructor at the Sheriff's Training Center the PCA lost access to. He says he thinks it is coming back. Said the guy that is running against the current Sherriff that gave us access is the one making a big deal about it to try to make himself look good to get more votes and he is the one that got the corporation commissioners and DA involved. |

Not really Brent. The only pain is the stitches when I move a certain way or sit down sometimes. Other than that, it's basically normal.

Have heard a real man trims his body hair with a weed eater. Have never given it a wacking with one myself.

Guess we aren't real men Richard. and I'm good with that. |
Yeah I'd hand in the man card before being willing to attempt to weed eat............
|
Would make anyone that was wanting to take my man card for that would have to prove to me they were using a weed eater themselves before I would willingly give it up. If they did, would gladly surrender and start wearing dresses.
|
That would then make you Mrs. Stick!
