The feature is called Share ID. Don't think it sends my caller id name unless I pay for the feature. In the past the caller id on my mobile with them has only sent "Cell Phone OK". When we were with att the caller id sent "Kimray Inc". Several time after we changed to Verizon I tried to get my caller id set and they claimed it was set, but always sent "Cell Phone OK" so figure the company didn't pay for "share id".
My iPhone has the option to send the caller ID or not. If it is turned off all they see is Cell phone OK.
Don't find that option on mine.
Under settings go to phone. Scroll down and you will see "show my caller ID" I bet yours is set to off.
Nope, it's not an option on my phone. Bet if I turned on the Share ID thing it would show up.

Morning all. I am still at home waiting to go to my eye doc appt. It is at 8:00 am so no point going to work when the docs office is the other way from work. He is the same eye surgeon that did my wife's lens replacement. I just go for a vision check and eye health check. The fun of dilated eyes!
Morning all.
I called our agent when I sold the 911 to have it removed. Got an updated policy a few days later. At least the car is gone and the dough is yours. I forget, do you just have the Turbo now? |
morning all. Glen got my email re-sent this morning. its official I'm in. See you in July.
Gots the Cayenne Turbo, and supposedly have a 928 GTS if I can ever get it out of the shop.
Sorry. I meant to ask if the Turbo is your daily driver.
Yep, not that I drive that much. Only put 12K on the S in 3 years and that included 2 vacations. Even less miles on the 928, LOL.

My eyes are almost back to normal. My dilated eyes look weird in the mirror. We had two different customers walk in the door yesterday afternoon. The first one is the typical fence line dispute. I am printing a nice high resolution 8.5x11 of her property showing the fence is clearly where it is now even back in 1996. The courts are sure to rule it is her land now. The second guy had a cattle feed lot and needed some high resolution prints to plane some additional pens. A little song and dance and I up-sold him a new flight and then the prints. He will be happier, and we will have a final product that looks a LOT better and he gets new imagery. |
Funny, getting my right eye dilated doesn't effect my vision in that eye at all since the cadillac surgery. Just sensitive to light. Before the cadillac surgery getting the eyes dilated meant general blurry with not really being able to focus well enough to read much.
I still have a pool of blood in my left eye. Doc says it's in the layers on the inside of the lining of my eye. It is pooled of course, at the bottom of my eye. What happens is when I lean my head back or look up the blood flows towards the back of my eye. Vision wise when looking up this blob comes down from the top of my vision. When I straighten back up it goes back up to the top of my vision (bottom of my eye) but leaves a trail of what looks like tiny veins or spider webs with little blobs. Then over an hour or so those will disperse into tiny dots that I can't see, but are what blurs my vision thru that eye. The eye slowly cleans itself, but just as it starts to get a little clearer, more of that blob disperses. No idea just how long it is going to take to get all that blood cleared out so I can focus again. More annoying than before is that blob coming down when I look up. The blob is slowly getting smaller though. |
Ok its on the vacation calendar so work knows not to bug me.
I wish I had a calendar like that.
Thought putting a future vacation on the calendar meant the week before you get overloaded with work that has to be finished before you take it.
Kinda like work gets piled up while gone so you are completely swamped when you get back. |
My wife had an appointment with the master gardener group at 9:00 AM. So she locked up the dogs in the laundry room. Of course they have access to the back yard as well. She came home at 10:30 but met one of her friends for lunch so the dogs were locked up again.
We always give them a treat (dog biscuit) for "turning themselves in" by running willingly into the laundry room. We lock the gate and they run outside to watch as she drives off. She had to leave this afternoon one more time and the dogs are thrilled to get yet another treat. Typical dachshunds, always ready for more food. It is another beautiful day and I even put on shorts today for work. |
If I put shorts on they'd lock me up.
Hey your tag line is: I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy it.
How can they lock ya up for something like that? ;) |
Cause I enjoy it to much!!!!!!!!!!
