Okay
1 Pete I blame you for any winter I get, deal with it
2 That Dodge looks good with a blade on it
3 Miatas are great cars ( I am a Mazda senior tech ) but if you are small enough to drive a Miata, you are a girly man
4 getting ready for our first blast of measurable snow tonight, you So Cal guys will get yours when the big one hits and we snow people can laugh at ya.
I mean good evening

Big one what? The big storm we're getting? Aw, we'll manage. :D

Rick V 12-15-2010 03:02 PM

I'm sure, Y'all beach guys are tough. It's all the sun conditioning. :)

slodave 12-15-2010 03:08 PM

Whoo! Got my SS statement. I'm 7 credits away from being able to collect retirement benefits! I've got enough disability credits to collect now. Where do I sign up for hookers and blow?

Rick V 12-15-2010 03:24 PM

Hookers and blow huh?
Dave is now my new best friend.

RKDinOKC 12-15-2010 05:41 PM

Driven a Miata, luckily it was on a day the top was down. It was the day they were transplanting my car phone from my Jeep Cherokee Limited to the new Mazda MPV 4wd I had just bought. Gave me the Miata to drive. Couldn't figure out wether to try to look over the top of the windshield, or crouch down and try look under the sun visors. 914 was a much roomier street legal go cart.

pete3799 12-15-2010 06:01 PM

SS won't get you much blow Dave. Don't even want to think about what the hooker might look like.

slodave 12-15-2010 08:04 PM

You should see what I'd get. :D It might take a two checks, but I could have a good night!

slodave 12-16-2010 01:16 AM

Morning Rick. :)

Rick V 12-16-2010 01:17 AM

Mornin Fellas

Geronimo '74 12-16-2010 01:27 AM

Morning dudes,

It was too cold for me to get up this morning, and I have a headache (maybe getting ill...)
So I'm working from home today...
I didn't set the alarm this morning, and slept all the way through to 9:30.....

I'm 6ft, 200 pounds, so no Miata for me. It would look like I am wearing it instead of driving it....

I am very eagerly anticipating the arrival of my M&K... Wheeeeee!

slodave 12-16-2010 01:29 AM

You have to lay off the beer, G.

Rick V 12-16-2010 01:35 AM

Sleeping till 9:30? Sounds like you are training for your Sid wanna be contest. :)

Geronimo '74 12-16-2010 02:03 AM

Sid's my hero... :)

Rick V 12-16-2010 02:05 AM

It shows. :)
He is a hard working kid, those are hard to find nowadays.

Good morning everyone.

I am a 6 foot tall man as well. I drove a 914 for over 20 years. I could not drive the 914 with the seats pushed all the way back because I could not push down the clutch. The Miata is a neat little go cart. Much like a 914 you can drive it hard, have fun and not really be going that fast, but it feels fast.

Travis944 12-16-2010 08:14 AM

Good morning gents. I didn't realize I was dealing with such manly men, no wonder you can't fit in miatas lol So I may have jinxed myself with all the socal weather smack talk, its raining pretty good again today

Geronimo '74 12-16-2010 09:24 AM

Yes we are all manly men!!

Over here on the forum we can communicate with you but in real life you would only hear grunting and growling when we speak.... :D:D

Grrrr, Grrmbll...
