That were delicious. lit the ol smoker grill with a few hickry chips in the hopper an shut the lid so it'd build up smoke. Chopped up a slice white onion and a Serano pepper. Mixed the chopo up with some black pepper. garlic powder, salt, and burger. Pattied the whole mess up and carefully laid em on the grill. Burned em on with the lid open to get em nice and charred. When it smelled real good, flipped em and dropoped a couple slices of cheese on each. Turned off the grill. Slathered up a coupla buns with some mayo, then carefully scooped up the cheesed serano burgers and slid em on some buns. Yu uuuum, them was just like that Richard guy used to make!

Hear he does the same thing with canned mushrooms, onions, burger, and mozzerella and it comes out tasty too.

TGIF!

I get to make yet another trip to the print provider today. Oh Joy. The good news, I can go whenever I want, so I will wait for what little rush hour there is around here to go. Back when I commuted to work, my first "leg" of the trip was down the road that runs right by my house. Often that first 2.5 miles I would not see any other car that was moving. As I go past the 1/4 section of open field that Richard's work place is supposed to build is an intersection of two 4 lane roads. It is heavy traffic if there are more than three cars at once. Traffic is one of the big reasons we moved to this area. The interstate, actually two different ones are within a couple of miles to get to an on ramp, so it is easy to get one and go 70 MPH legally.

Heard Burger King was going bankrupt. I like their bacon egg and cheese croissant every once in a while for breakfast. And occasionally get their burgers an fries because their "flame broiled" burgers do taste different as do the fries. Seems like everything is going belly up. Doritos and now Burger King. The Long John Silvers closed a couple of months ago.

When I first moved here there were 3 grocery stores within 3 miles. The best was an Albertson's They had the best selection by far. Everyone said they were expensive. I agree that the prices looked higher, but my grocery bill ended up within $0.25 of grocery shopping anywhere else. They were the first to go. Now the other two have closed as well and have to go 5 miles to get good groceries/brands.

Yea, that is the one weird thing about the area. We have grocery story shortage in the immediate area. I head from my bank and the branch just three blocks from my house will be closing. Now I will have to drive 3 miles to get to my bank. The closest place to buy fruit is a local chain. Sometimes they have great stuff. Sometimes is is terrible.

This was their selection of bananas yesterday. I declined buying over ripe nanners. The few not covered in brown spots had bruises like they were thrown into the bin from 10 feet away. I like em with some spots, but I don't want to have to eat them all in a day to avoid them rotting.

Was waking up in the morinings with leg cramps. Started adding banana slices to my Cheerios fer breakfast. Ran out of banana 3 days ago and the achey came back.

We had an Alberstons when we lived in CA. Good store.

Our local Kwik Trip has nanners for $0.49 per pound. They went up a dime per pound not too long ago. Their bad ones look better than Glen's good ones in the picture.

I like them with cereal and in my chocolate malt. Or plain, or with peanut butter. Or as a sandwich. Or a peanut butter banana sandwich.

We have a couple local mom and pop type stores within a couple miles of us, but have to go 15 miles for a "big" store. I had to laugh one day at the one store. Where else but in small town America do you go to a store and get advice on local wines and class 8 bolts inthe same conversation. They also carry a butterscotch root-beer that is awesome.

I am a banana lover. I eat on average two per day.

My business partner is in western WA today. He is trying to teach a local company there how to use the camera system like what we use.

Porsche-poor 04-12-2019 10:09 AM

GH85Carrera 04-12-2019 10:17 AM

Yea, he said the weather was a bust today.

Porsche-poor 04-12-2019 10:18 AM

flipper35 04-12-2019 11:15 AM

Hey now, depending on the person a bust isn't always bad.

RKDinOKC 04-12-2019 11:37 AM

flipper35 04-12-2019 01:08 PM

Some busts are better than others. Some are just plain busted flat, or vice versa or something.

RKDinOKC 04-12-2019 01:20 PM

Some are so happy they leave glitter everywhere they go,

On a side note Teams has been behaving all day.

We went to the PCA breakfast this morning. Long arduous drive it was not. Just about two miles away. Good turnout for a wet drizzly day.
