Well the daughters just walked back up to the house..........they slid around on the ice in the driveway and planted the car in the snow bank..... actually both snow banks.

Luckily the tractor and winch were down at the garage. there was no chance of pulling them up hill on the ice had it been parked up here. Only damage was to the plastic liner on the underside of the front end. Had to wire that up temporarily so they could get to school.

Guess i'd better run down to the town garage and get a bucketful of sand.

I loved Airplane!

The same folks made the movie Top Secret. It is just as funny. My neighbors were over to the house Saturday and mentioned they were going to the ballet on Sunday. I giggled and said every-time I think of ballet I think of the movie Top Secret.

It was 63 degrees today at dawn. It is supposed to be in the upper 70s today. I LIKE it way more than that -4 just last week.

Yeah it's fairly steep. 4 wheel drive is a must this time of year.
At the top of the picture it bends 90 degrees to the left.
She had the back end in the right hand snowbank and the front in the left one.
The back end tried to pass her in the corner.
