Best 'o luck and thanks for the insight. Remember to smirk and not frown.
I'll venture you'll be back though, there's no escaping the PPOT vortex. |
This is 5,000 for me. Synchronization of some sort. I just finished Project Zeke, a car I bought two years ago with a bit of urging from Milt.
I'm out too, time to move on. Good bye and good luck to all, Milt especially. |
Stay in touch Milt, it's been a pleasure. And let me know if/when the Carrera is up for sale.
Good luck on wherever you go, whatever you do next. |

Good luck Milt,
I've always looked forward to your advice, may the road you travel allways be Porsche powered. |
I will add my good luck Milt. Now you will have to find something else to fill your time.
I guess the Mods have bumped you post count up a little. Wow one million! |
Milt,
I enjoyed your posts, especially on renovation and construction related. How did you get 1,000,0000 posts? Why not start a blog? Greet tomorrow with a smile. John_AZ 1988 924S + 1987 924S |
You could have always checked out Milt. All you had to do is tap your heels together three times!
Always liked the logo. May your travels and adventurers be pleasant ones. Bob 73.5T |
you know he's following and wants to post SO very bad in reply to all the takes here.

Thanks for all of the help, Milt.

In any case, Milt, I don't think we've ever conversed, or even posted in the same thread, but I have always enjoyed reading your contributions. Hope the "radical changes" you make in your life bring you peace, happiness, and contentment. My thoughts, prayers and admiration are with you. |
I met Milt a few years ago while looking for someone to do some welding and bodywork on my 914. I can say I'm very happy to have met Milt and become friends. I too will miss reading his posts here on Pelican. He's a huge wealth of knowledge, but much more than that, he's a great guy and I'm happy to know him.
I feel lucky to have met him and consider him a good friend. Kev |
Ummm......Who, are you again?
|
I hate to see you go, but I certainly understand.
The most productive time I've had in years was the two weeks my company blocked Pelican :D |
Bye, Milt. I hope to meet you and shake your hand someday. You are one of the quality guys on this forum, and I'll miss your insight.
|
Milt,
Fair winds and following seas! |
At 1 minite per post that is 208, 8 hour days days, thats like 2 1/2 work years. You got to figure a lot more time than that usually goes into Milts post, they are award worthy!
This took me about 5 minutes of my life that I can never get back to figure out and post. SmileWavy Screw this man, I'm out too. |

Milt is there a "Milt" light that we can use to flash your avatar like in Batman if we need to get a hold of you? How about a "Milt" button? You will truly be missed on this forum, Thank you for all your contributions. Shane |
Just checking in to see if you are back yet, Milt. You can run, but you can never leave. :)

Bon voyage Milt,
I will miss your humor and displays of craftsmanship. You are inspring. Maybe I'll take a hiatus, too as a show of solidarity. I don't know how long I could last. It would be real closure to use the last post to sell off your Porsche. Sounds almost poetic. Maybe worthy of a book or movie :D Doug |
tune?! what tune?
|
Zeke is still around on other forums...

No shots to take at you here Milt you grumpy old bastage. I never really detected a grumpy tone in any of your posts any how. You always seemed to come back with solid advice and intelligent answers. You will be missed.
It is kind of funny, I had a construction question , and just this afternoon, I was thinking I will post up on Pelican, and hopefully Milt will respond. Take good care buddy, and hope you find what you are looking for!!! |
