I feel safer now that this guy is in jail for six months!

I think a $500 fine would have been sufficient....the judge could still feel tough and then we wouldn't have to waste a bunch of money housing someone over yawning.

Oh wait, there I go again with that common sense thing.

He won't spend 6 months in jail. He'll go before the judge in a week, plead guilty, pay that $500, and go home on time served.

By yawning he was obviuosly saying that he did not think his punishment was harsh or even meaningfull (whatever it may have been)
If I was the judge, and he was dissin' me in public like that while I was in office??? I would do the same.
He won't be yawning in court next time... Heck, he won't even yawn in the post office.
