THe cardboard model really helped clarify how the bear got away. They really need to start using carboard mocks of things so I can understand better
 My Dad had a black bear break into the house a couple weeks ago while he was in it. Damn thing took a huge dump in the middle of the hall, broke open a bottle of Kettle One, and ripped into a can of protien mix. Apparently bears and Frat Boys share many things in common.

We see them all the time up here, they usually go the other way from humans. We're not talking grizzlies. What's the big deal, they will rummage through the garbage and move to the next house. More of a pest than anything else.
Some really like bird feeders!
