Commercial break...pedrosa crashes. Commercial break..rossi crashes. The commentators talking nonstop about nicky getting a podium and dovie chasing him.. .4 seconds behind--but no camera until 3 laps left.
Scott Russell is getting a lot better though. Glad for nicky.

Was good to see Nicky get a podium, you can tell he's been working really hard but not getting the results. Will be interesting to see if he's offered the one year extension for '10.
The broadcasts of the American races is terrible. I'd rather watch it on delay and have Toby Moody and Julian rider do the commentary. Why were they checking on positions 9-14 with 5 laps to go? or even the cut to the Nextel driver and then Lorenzo's crew with 3 laps to go... Then they cut to commercial after Gregg White talked to Hayden, came back and wrapped the coverage - White couldn't get to Lorenzo? Scott Russell is getting a little better, but I can't help but made a comparison between his voice and Boomhauer on King of the Hill. |

Good race - I still can't get over the year Scott Russell got in a bar-fight on a Sat. nite in Daytona and missed the start of the 200 on Sunday.......What a sad way end a record breaking win streak............
