I have used this product for skin tags and warts. http://www.no-moles.com/how%20it%20works.htm It takes some patience with the application, but it works everytime.

I had a bout with skin tags in the armpits about 15 years ago. They kept developing, turning black(ish), and causing pain. I finally went to the doc who burned them off with an electric needle thing. Strangely I haven't had any develop since.
