Hot ****in Tuna.
Was painted on the water tower in my town. They or Jorma would come play the Calderone in Hempstead. Jorma was annoying. If it was billed as acoustic, he'd play an electric set and vice versa if he bothered to show at all. Still, Water Song, one of my all time favorite compositions ever.

i think Levon Helm playing his kit with some brushes and some vocals would make hot tuna even better

I've seen Jorma solo, and Hot Tuna... hot and cold some were crappy shows, others were gems..
I've seen them at The Calderone... I think Good Rats opened... Calderone is now a church.. Saw them at the Palladium.... I think that was on 14th? next to Luchows? anyway it was on of one of the hottest days of the year and there was either no A/C or it was broken... and they played so loud my girlfriend and I left... To this day every time she hears Hot Tuna.... she recollects what a horrible time that particular show was... P.S. The was a recording studio across the street and up the block a bit from The Calderone, I heard somewhere that Ina Gadda Da Vida (sp) was recorded there.
