If you are doing primarily vinyl graphics that are shipped on the backer for the consumer to apply -

stickies.com / stickys.com / stickez.com / stickygraphix.com

Sign company implies you'll do a lot of actual sign work - lit, portable, installation, carved, etc. (at least to me). I think you want a name that quickly references adhesive vinyl graphics as I think you were primarily doing car graphics and the like.

If it's internet based then the location has nothing to do with the name, you could be in CA, FLA, MI, anywhere and it wouldn't matter.
