Maybe she speeds a lot and they pull her over for that. She just doesn't get many tickets b/c she is pretty. That or she is blowing them...

Many years ago (Scottsdale AZ), the admin for our engineering group was a good-looking blond in her mid 20's. She got pulled over all the time - one cop asked for her license, looked at it for a while, then said "it's ashamed they don't put phone numbers on these things."
