Anyone work at a Toyota Plant?

This may seem to be an odd request, but the brainiacs at my office (S3 -) have endeavored to translate the toyota production system into software.

Yes, this has been attempted thru agile, xp, etc., but not all that successfully. We've been at it almost a year, now, and improvements have been noteworthy--I truly think it saved our business. In any event, we think we did a pretty good job but know that we must continue to improve.

So, I'm wondering 2 things: should we/can we get a tour of a toyota plant and, if interested, would you like to discuss some type of short term consulting arrangement?
