Home automation? Anyone done it? How?

Would like to be able to control some functional things in my home with my iPhone or iPad ie lights, security, sprinklers, whatever. Share your experience.

Send a message via AIM to Gogar
If you're in the market for an alarm, that new ADT thing has lots of home automation-style features. It's $50 a month, though. Or even more.
