Question, let's say hypothetical and not related to this case. If you know your client is guilty, through whatever methodology (confession, video, etc) do you present your case in a way to reduce sentence, or do you still find a way to get a not guilty verdict?

You notice that Kurt's "self defense" thread was pulled, and for good reason. Some of the comments there (prolly mine as well like "too bad the ba$tard did not die") would not sound good in court, so it was pulled.

Last thing he needs is someone using our comments on this board against him later on.

She is a real harpy. She comes from the Bill O'Reilly school of "shout down oppossing arguments/viewpoints" and "I run this show, so my POV is obviously the only correct POV"

Can't stand her--she just seizes a hot button topic untill another "more shocking" topic comes along, then drops the first as quickly as possible. She was all baout casey anthony for weeks, until somthing newere and more shcoking came along.
