When trying to film Schumi in an F430 Scuderia?
I mean in this vid they are keeping up with him pretty good.

That question reminds me of Pro football. You have a multi million dollar receiver in the open field, running at top speed, and some 45 year old line judge matching him stride for stride.

I've wondered the same thing a few times. And usually the line judge is running half sideways to keep an eye on the players.

Ginger Rogers said she did everything Fred Astaire did, only she had to do it backwards while wearing high heels.

Most of those are on-board cameras/shots. In the exterior shots, it looks like they keep the speed relatively low, with the car accelerating away for effect.

How much fun would it be to ride with him?

They probably used a Porsche GT2 as a camera car :)
