Outlook express and MS Office outlook
Can you run both these email programs at the same time? so far I can only switch between one or the other but not use both at the same time.

Yes. I did this for years. Outlook Express has been replaced with "Live" mail.
I use Outlook for my business work and Outlook Express for my personal e-mail.
