Carbon Fiber Walthers?

What can you tell me about the P22 and G22 in Carbon Fiber... Is the stock actually carbon or is it some crappy vinyl Carbon look crap?

I think it's just a checkered spray paint pattern. Very tacky in person. I'll stick with my black P22.

They are already made out of MMC sintered metals, with graphite resin plastics for the receiver.

A carbon fiber receiver would be of little weight benefit. It would be a substantial stregth improvement but given the low velocity ammo that is probably not necessary.

I actually meant the stocks....

On the G22 a carbon fiber stock is a rare option...
