VID CAMERAS - handheld SD Memory card video ....which ?
Looking for the best bang for the buck SD card video camera -
'Flip', yeah .......... yet, is there on eout there now that is under $200-ish that is the "cat's meow"? Sony? Any solid ideas on the new stuff?? |
We have had a Canon FS100 for about a year. Works great and the pic and sound are great. i think they are still priced around $275, more than $200 but a great little video camera IMO.
They have a HD model that is awesome, but 2X the price. |
What's the usage?
In car? Avoid hard drive based cameras. Do Sony's come with SD these days? Love Sony stuff but the whole Sony Memory Stick thing turned me off. Watch the acronyms. HD in the product name can mean Hi Def or Hard Drive, same with SD, Standard Def or SD memory card. |
I have a Sanyo Xacti and I love it. Great video at concerts. Great in car video... Amazing stills

I love my Sanyo P/S stuff. This was my second one. Both work flawlessly after taking a pretty good beating. |
