3.5 chrysler(eagle vision) freeze plugs? 1995

does anyone know their location? found a car with rusty ones, just wondering if I can replace them without pulling the engine. looking at car with engine running later to see if it is between the block and transmission, or under manifold. it is a 3,5 liter 1995 eagle vision tsi. Ive searched everywhere for the right pix, no luck.

i am hoping that its steaming out on the bad one when i start it, if one is bad. no milkshake in oil for sure, antifreeze is low so i cant see the resourviour(sp?lol) level, and to check for pressure., although one for sale sign in the car says "bad head gasket, as-is.. guy has been driving it 20 miles daily topping it off... but by how much i do not know...yet.

i just looked at the engine and noticed that the thermostat housing on top has foamy dried antifreeze all over it and below it.. the local service center may have been handing out free baloney.

I just need a semi econodriver while i do the 944 HG (and while your'e in there.....).

cardealerforum.com says rare for HG to fail, even at 144k. could be the cap. I am hoping it is tjust the thermo housing. with evaporation from engine heat, i am really leaning toward this.
