A slightly modded Mustang

Considering everything used is bolt-ons, still running the stock block, crank, pistons...I gotta wonder how long this one will last?

I'm not a fan of Mustangs but I do like a good ol' lumpy cam and powershifts.

That's a lot of power for such a "skinny" tire.

I guess I'll never understand the "standing on the brakes while flooring it" thing.

Power braking, to heat up your tires..

Unless you are racing, it's more for showing off than anything but it IS fun.

I have fried many tires over the years with my other cars. Never even THOUGHT about doing it in the 911. (I know what it would cost me to try.)

Not really skinny in back...he had the stock 18X8.5 wheels widened to 10" in the rear. P285/40 ZR 18's Goodyear Eagle F1 "supercar" tires in back, 255/45 in front.

I'm thinking that when adding roughly 180 horsepower to a stock 315...how long is it gonna last?

Gotta admit, it was fun watching the speedometer climb like a tach in 1st or 2nd gear in that video.

Yes, it is fun, I have been doing it in the GTA since the tires are old & work and I have a new set going back on:D

Wow, it must have been the angle. I took them for no wider than 245 or so.

With that much power no tire is safe. heh, heh, heh;)
