Today, Butterfly Porn I didn't have a tripod with me and the pictures of the sunset, green flash, are a little shaky, over exposed, it's hard to do that with a beer in your hand.

Save the Monarchs!!! Used to see hundred daily growing up in eastern South Dakota... and Meadow Larks...now barely any at all when I'm home or here in WI.

We used to see the green flash fairly often when I lived in Tamarindo, but never in California, I was surprised, it was a little cloudy but right at the horizon it cleared up. Just wish I had taken the tripod.

Beautiful pic! That's a gorgeous area, and I have many fond memories of Pismo from many California road trips when I was a child and later in life......
