Tunnels are great fun.

Found this while looking for car videos tonight.

Enjoy.

Oh tunnels ROCK!!!!

I had the spyder on a road trip a few years ago and I took 199 to the coast (from home - Medford OR). There is a tunnel part way. As I was driving through it, I gave it a little romp! That six right over my shoulder, pretty open exhaust - and a tunnel - WOW! Music!

It was so fun that when I got to the otherside I turned around did it again - 3 trips total!

My office building has a long covered parking deck.

Lots of fun in the early morning when the parking spaces are mostly vacant but it does cause a car alarm to activate once in a while

hell yeah, absolutely nothing like it!

instinctively slow and downshift before entering a tunnel. 2.4 on webers w/ a homemade sport muffler....shazaaaammmm!!!!!!!!!!

and for those who haven't done this the video does not even come close to capturing the intensity and level of the sound.

But when we go through on a Harley it is douchebaggery. Gotta love double standards.

It is just as good, but the sound is a little different.

I thought of that, too. Which is why when I'm on my (non-Harley) motorcycle, I usually try to upshift when I'm going through a tunnel or under an overpass. Lessens the time I'm on the throttle, and the engine sound is quieter when I get back on it.
