How could they drive the car in "high speed chases" when they can't even drive it at low speeds, at a gas station?

No surprise........On a recent trip to Italy, I was hit by a driver from MILAN that came around a curve on the wrong side of the road. You have to drive in Italy to believe it......I'm sure Isabo is the exception.........

Rather interesting that the car is fitted with a special cooler to transport organs (transplant).
